- One light 1 measures approx. 10” (25 cm) wide and 14” (35 cm) high. The whole project measures approx. 85” (2.20m) long.
- The size of your crochet elf can differ according to the tightness of your stitches.
- The use of different supplies from that indicated in the pattern may vary the final rendering. You don’t have to use the same brand of yarn but the weight category and hook size have to be the same for a similar result ( in term of proportion ).

- For the green top part of each bulb and the “electric cord”, I used Premier Parfait Chunky (I used 2 skeins total) in Emerald (here) that I doubled to have a “jumbo weight” yarn because Premier Parfait XL in Emerald (here) was sold out at the moment. But if it’s available, it will be better for you to use Parfait XL. You can also use Hobbii Honey Bunny Big in color Dark Teal (here).
- For the “electric cord”, I crocheted Premier Parfait Chunky Emerald (doubled) with worsted acrylic yarn to make the cord more sturdy and resistant, I chose Red Heart Super Saver in Hunter Green here. If in Europe, Hobbii Amigo would work well : here
